Power cuts happen suddenly – but in sensitive areas such as lift shafts, darkness can become a serious danger. To ensure maximum safety in such situations, KONNEX has developed the E-BOX pro emergency backup system – the perfect complement to the tried-and-tested LIGHTBELT system.
The E-BOX pro activates fully automatically in the event of a power failure and supplies the lift shaft with reliable emergency lighting for up to three hours (emergency backup). This means that the entire shaft remains optimally illuminated even in an emergency – for greater safety, better orientation and a smooth process during maintenance or rescue work.

The KONNEX Emergency-BOX pro has been specially designed for use with the LIGHTBELT LED rope light, which is already in use worldwide for standardised shaft lighting in accordance with DIN EN 81-20/50.
